That’s where superfood powders can come into play. They are processed in a way that preserves all the nutrients, and they are broken down into a form that you can easily mix in with whatever you’re eating—whether that be a smoothie, or a cupcake, or even eggs!

In this post, we are going to share with you twelve amazing superfood powders when it comes to weight loss, along with our favorite selections.

1. Acai

If you’re a fitness fan, then you have probably heard of acai (pronounced as ah-sigh-ee) already. A close cousin of another superfood, the blueberry, acai has a high polyphenol content that makes it a very competent antioxidant. But more than that, according to one study, it can reduce “exercise-induced muscle damage”, that can allow you to engage in your weight-loss fitness routine minus unwanted injury!
